Traditional carbonators rely on cumbersome CO2 tanks and are limited to plain water. Spärkel disrupts this category with a tankless system using pre-measured sachets, enabling users to carbonate and infuse any liquid - from juice to wine - directly in the bottle.

The design approach was two-fold: optimize the chemical process into a frictionless "pour, lock, and press" workflow, and create a modern kitchen appliance. The resulting form factor features a compact, vertical architecture and a clean interface, designed to sit permanently on the counter of the modern kitchen.
