Aeva
Indoor Hydroponics Garden | Just Vertical | Inertia PD
The Aeva began with the intent to transition hydroponics from functional hardware into a living piece of furniture. While most indoor systems prioritize utility over aesthetics, this project was driven by the idea that a healthy habit must physically belong in the home to be adopted.
The design integrates a vertical garden alongside a slim, 8-inch deep credenza silhouette. This approach resolves complex agricultural requirements - automated watering, full-spectrum LED lighting, and a 12L reservoir - into a form that functions as a residential focal point rather than a science experiment. By using solid wood and stainless steal legs, the system sustains 16 plants while appearing as a natural element of the room.
